New Renault Duster 2025 Spied in India with Triple-Screen Dashboard & Hybrid Powertrain

New Renault Duster Spied in India – Triple-Screen Dashboard, Launch Timeline & Key Details

The all-new Renault Duster 2025 has once again been spotted testing in India, revealing exciting new details about its interior technology and features. The latest spy shots hint at a triple-screen dashboard setup, a bold move that could set the Duster apart in the compact SUV segment.

Triple-Screen Dashboard – A First in the Segment?

The cabin spy shots suggest Renault is working on a three-screen layout, which includes:

  • A large central infotainment display

  • A fully digital driver’s instrument cluster

  • An additional passenger-side display

If Renault brings this setup to production, the Duster would become one of the first SUVs in its class to offer such a premium feature, typically reserved for luxury cars.

Expected features include:

  • Wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay

  • Dual-zone climate control

  • OTA software updates

  • Panoramic sunroof

  • Premium audio system

Safety & Technology

The new Renault Duster is likely to feature:

  • 6 airbags

  • Electronic Stability Control (ESC)

  • 360-degree camera

  • Rear parking sensors

  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) with lane-keep assist & emergency braking

Globally, the new-gen Duster has scored 3-stars in Euro NCAP crash tests, and Renault may improve its Indian version with added safety features.

Engine & Powertrain Options

Although Renault has not officially confirmed the engine lineup for India, industry reports suggest:

  • 1.6-litre petrol engine as the base option

  • Strong-hybrid variants with a petrol-electric combo delivering around 140 hp

  • Possible bi-fuel (petrol + LPG) option for select markets

While AWD is unlikely at launch, Renault may consider it for higher trims later.

Launch Timeline & Expected Price

The new Renault Duster India launch is expected by late 2025 or early 2026. Renault will likely introduce the 5-seater version first, followed by a 7-seater (Bigster/Boreal) model.

Estimated price range: ₹10 lakh – ₹18 lakh (ex-showroom) depending on variant and hybrid options.

Rivals in the Market

When launched, the Duster will compete with:

  • Hyundai Creta

  • Kia Seltos

  • Maruti Grand Vitara

  • Toyota Hyryder

  • Honda Elevate

  • Skoda Kushaq

  • Volkswagen Taigun

Final Thoughts

The new Renault Duster looks set to make a strong comeback in India with its modern design, hybrid powertrain options, and a cutting-edge triple-screen interior. If Renault manages to price it competitively, the Duster could once again become a popular choice among SUV buyers.
